So, my fitness challenge is slowly coming into effect. Daily twenty minutes of workout early in the morning is gradually becoming a routine. I am having lapses, due to things like a bad toddler’s night, travel, etc. But glad to note that I am still doing it. Come September and I will up the ante by also keeping a food log. Yayy! Really committeed to going back to a compleletey healthy life style. Wish me luck!
